Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your service plan within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund—no forms, no fuss.
If more than 14 days have passed but it’s still within 28 days, we may be able to offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
After 28 days, service plans are no longer refundable.

Payment Methods We Accept
We accept the following:
Debit or credit card (online or over the phone)
Cheque (via post)
BACS or Direct Debit
No matter which method you choose, your 14-day cancellation right remains in place.
Plan Activation & Payment Handling
Once you sign up, we’ll get in touch to confirm your plan is active and let you know when your payment will be taken.
Please make sure the funds are available to avoid any delays.
If a payment fails, we’ll contact you. If we don’t hear back, your plan may be automatically cancelled.
Who Can Make Payments
Payments must be made by the person whose name is on the account, or someone they've authorised to manage it.
We’re unable to accept payments made under power of attorney or similar third-party arrangements.
